Welcome to Sanvedana Sweets. This website, https://www.sanvedanasweets.com, is owned and operated by Sanvedana Child Foundation, a not-for-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 202, Silver Square Complex, opp. Parshwa Jewellers, Gangotri Circle Road, Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382350 (“Sanvedana Sweets”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You agree that the name, phone number, email address and delivery address you give us are true and complete. We deliver within India only.

Our products

We sell handmade Indian sweets and mithai gift boxes, made to order in our kitchen in Ahmedabad. Because every batch is made by hand, the colour, shape and size of a sweet may vary slightly from the photographs on the website. Photographs are for illustration.

The ingredients of each sweet are listed on its product card. Our sweets are made with milk, ghee, sugar and dry fruits such as cashew, almond and pistachio, and are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts and dairy. If you or the person receiving the box has a food allergy, please read the ingredients carefully or call us before ordering.

Shelf life and storage guidance is given for each product. Please store the sweets in a cool, dry place and consume them within the stated period.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the box and packing.
• A shipping charge of free per order is added at checkout and shown as its own line before you pay.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password.
• Prices may change without notice, but the price you are charged is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.
• If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and confirmation

An order is confirmed only when your payment is successful and you receive our order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example when a product is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For bulk, corporate or wedding orders, the quantity, price and delivery date agreed with our team in writing form part of these terms.

Delivery

We ship across India through courier partners. Timelines, charges and tracking are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates; delays caused by the courier, weather, festivals or other events outside our control do not make us liable for loss.

Cancellations and refunds

Our sweets are perishable and made fresh for each order, so cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where the money goes

Sanvedana Child Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation. The surplus from sweets sold on this website supports our charitable work with children in Gujarat. A purchase on this website is a sale of goods, not a donation, and is not eligible for a tax-exemption receipt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. If you would like to make a donation, please contact us separately.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, place fake or fraudulent orders, submit false information, copy content for commercial use, or interfere with other users. The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to Sanvedana Child Foundation and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any reaction caused by an ingredient that was listed on the product card.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Before going to court, please write to our grievance officer — most problems are solved with one phone call.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, applies to every order placed after that date.
